Houseboats are one of the most relaxing ways to enjoy the mighty River Murray. The river’s scenery is spectacular with cliff formations, magnificent Red Gums and abundant wildlife.

Renmark is the home of the houseboat, starting with the Liba Liba Houseboats fleet, which were the first fleet on the Murray River. The fleet consists of 14 Paddle wheelers which are very economical to run and easy to drive.

Every boat has gas heating, TV & videos and all the comforts of home. Many have been extensively modernized and include such comforts as dishwashers and washing machines. We also have complimentary dinghies available and canoes for hire, as well as secure car parking.

With some of the most untouched areas of the river being situated between Waikerie and Wentworth, what better place could there be to take a Houseboat Holiday? Liba Liba Houseboats are situated in the middle of this natural habitat. Cruising up river you will see cliffs and bush land with also a very good chance of seeing Kangaroos or Emus drinking at the waters edge. Within 2 klm’s down stream of our mooring you will be in the largest Koala Sanctuary in South Australia. These beautiful marsupials can be seen at times from the deck of your boat. There are also numerous water birds, parrots etc. for you to view and photograph.
